Dr.Ruth Green and Cassandra Jones provided information and examples related to George Mason University's "Model, Processes, and Outcomes for Assessment of University Life (UL)." The presentation provided background information, Mason's three-pronged model for assessment:

  1. A brief questionnaire for all activities,
  2. Unit-level assessment plans,
  3. Division-wide issues/priorities, sample instruments and data from pilot activities.
